Project Description
This is a program based off of Ziggyware's Sprite Sheet Creator. This one exports to a text file as opposed to XML. It also exports a PNG image not a DDS.
Because no XML is involved it is fully XNA 3.0/Visual C# 2008 Express compliant and compatible.
